It seems that this is from a show named “Školski sat”. I think they’re Croatian. A Facebook page for the show is here. I wish there were more clips on YouTube of their doing chemistry.

‘Skolski sat’ means ‘School TV’? She said stuff along the lines of: “good morning and welcome, we’re continuing with School TV, we’re going to take five minutes to find out about an important element”, something named ‘kiesicu’ and then she passed out. Well, that’s the extent of my Croatian, or whatever language that is. Damn, now I want to know what ‘kiesicu’ is.
At first I thought it was a joke because ‘kiesicu’ is very close to the slang word for ‘joint’ and then she passed out. But it seems a legit passing out.

kisik = oxygen, so kin of strange that she would talk about oxygen and then faint…
